Zhang Wei

Wei has had strong predictive cognizance all his life. This gave him the ability to avoid being around people when they were about to do something which was going to result in someone getting seriously injured or killed. he has never hidden his abilities, but until the Lights began the correction, most believed he was crazy. After the Lights left he believed isolating the city could protect them from any danger. But he did not understand that the darkness in the future he saw was the matter in the universe coming to an end.
