New Portland

Built in the same place Portland Existed before the correction. Eddie Vern and George Ellis were brought to the nearby settlement when they were captured. As a Nexus Arm, Eddie helped build the new city with George acting as his advisor. The new city looks quite different from the old one, mainly because Eddie and the rest of the Nexus Arms were focused on getting everyone back into their old lives. He focused on making functional buildings, but ignore any esthetic value for them.
